Q: What shipping methods do you use?
A: We ship all orders via USPS Media Mail to keep costs low. If you need faster delivery, contact us before ordering and we’ll see what we can do.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. After that, USPS Media Mail usually takes 2–10 business days to arrive.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to offer international options soon!

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. Media Mail is our most budget-friendly option.

🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Q: Can I return or exchange a book?
A: Yes. We accept returns of unused, undamaged books within 7 days of delivery. Just email us at contact@diversesoundbooks.com to get started.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged in transit), we’ll cover return shipping. Otherwise, it’s the customer’s responsibility.

Q: What if my book arrives damaged or defective?
A: Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll work with you to resolve it—either through a refund or replacement.

Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Once we receive your returned book in its original condition, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
