Q: Can I return or exchange a book?

A: Yes. We accept returns of unused, undamaged books within 7 days of delivery. Just email us at contact@diversesoundbooks.com to get started.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?

A: If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged in transit), we’ll cover return shipping. Otherwise, it’s the customer’s responsibility.

Q: What if my book arrives damaged or defective?
A: Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll work with you to resolve it—either through a refund or replacement.

Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Once we receive your returned book in its original condition, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
